Scotty,
2007 Honda Pilot with 200k miles. Wife says I need to get a newer used vehicle. I'm cheap. I recently had the timing belt replaced 191k and transmission fluid changed. The timing belt was the original. The only issues with the pilot is the front end suspension isn't solid. It's my daily driver.
How many years/miles does she have left?

it could have decades left, or it could snowball next month. I don't think that's the right question.
Try these:
"is this thing still economical to keep?"
"is it meeting my needs, and do I still like driving it?"
and
"have I gotten my money's worth out of it?"
