I have a 2007 Honda pilot v6 4x4 3.5 leater 221000 miles that will not start it’s not the starter or battery put all new ground wires in it and still it will not start HELP !!!

Well lots of things you can keep a vehicle from not starting. Bad ignition switch will often do that. You have to trace all the wiring to see why it's not starting. I'm assuming it's not spinning over cuz you said you changed the battery in the starter so could be the ignition switch. Pray it's not the engines locked up. A locked up engine of course will never start
