2007 Kia Sportage no brakes

Just started working on a Kia Sportage and have found no brakes. There is pedal pressure when the car is off, pressure disappears when the car is turned on. It has been sitting for a winter and had brakes before and now dosnt, can't find any leaks from the calipers or brake lines, cracked the front passenger bleeder screw and brake fluid came out, when you put fluid in the reservoir it fills to barley minimum, won't fill to the top, try to determine if it's a master cylinder issue, a brake line or a caliper, the calipers were replaced within the last year or so, so I'm not too concerned about it being that. I can't determine any leaks in the lines from what I can see, so I'm thinking the cylinder

Whenever they do that, it's almost always a bad brake booster

Your brakefluid is sucked into the brake-booster drum, which will fill up over time.

It will not be a complex repair though (new booster).
