i have a 2007 lexus gs 350 and whenever it’s been sitting for over an hour my a/c will not turn on. the front defroster button just keeps blinking and takes about 15-30 seconds i think before it lets me turn it on and it works fine. what could be causing that? i think the battery might’ve been changed before i bought the car. i tried doing what i read on reddit to change the cabin filter but that didn’t work

Check and see if either your AC compressor or AC Condenser has gone bad.
