2007 Lexus ES350 transmission slips

This car currently has 129,000 miles.  No check engine light.  Been having occasional automatic transmission slips ever since I bought it with 60K miles on it.  It seems to do it on cold mornings.  I had the transmission fluid changed at the local Toyota dealer a little over a month of taking possession of it. Mileage was 63946.

Lexus dealer updated transmission computer per L-SB-0027-09 at 83,003 miles and showed me some dripping while it was on the lift.

Had transmission serviced again by independant shop at 88,767,  added AT205 sealer at 90150 and 91332. Both output shaft seals were replaced at 93,695.

Transmission flush peformed while all engine mounts were replaced at 113,331 miles.

Yesterday morning, I was trying to back out of the garage, Put it in R, give it a bit of gas and it hardly moves.  After getting it on the street,  I put it in drive, it still barely moves.  I decided to put it back in the garage.  I parked it for about 10 minutes, decided to try again.  Now it's worked better.  Went to Autozone and picked up some WS fluid and added about a pint to the transmission when I got home.

Should I get rid of this car?  My previous car was an '07 Acural TL.  I got the ES350 because I got tired of paying $1100 every 100k to have the timing belt, spark plugs, water pump and belt tensioner replaced.

I usually recommend Lucas trans fix, but I think you better choice would be to move up.

It seems that the fluid flush shot the tranny. Get ride of the car.

I would agree except that it drove 16K without any problem.
