2007 Lexus LS 460 LWB

Dear Scotty,

Please help me with this one. It is a 2007 Lexus LS 460 with 82K miles, 3 prior owners, original corporate purchase, clean CarFax offered at $16K at a used car dealership.  My research indicates control arm and brake actuator concerns during the early years.
