Hey Scotty,
Is it necessary to change out the transmission filter when changing the transmission fluid? My vehicle is at 150,000.

No necessary but I never would. Gives you a chance to look in it and see it it has metal and a new (oem grade) filter will filter and flow better. Easy job.
