i recently checked my oil in the morning time when temp was at cold and noticed that I saw bubbles whenever I checked the oil on the dipstick. What could be the cause? Coolant level hasn’t gone down and car does not overheat.

It's probably condensation. Check it after driving for a while with the engine reaching operating temperature.
