Recently I changed the oil on my 2007 Mitsubishi Galant GT, and when I came back from a trip the car cranked it up it ran for a few seconds then died. I watched your videos on Youtube, and I found out that the coils and spark plugs are still in working order. I haven't done a compression test but will soon. However, I wanted to know whether a bad fuel injection or fuel pump cause the P0301 code to pop up on my OB2 reader.

Sure they could cause that for sure but but but lots of things . Do my video fixing the car that cranks but doesn't start up Scotty
