Hey, Scotty I just bought a 2021 VW Golf with the 1.4 turbo and 8 speed automatic Aisin transmission. I wanted to know what I can do to make the car last as long as possible. Also wanted to know at what intervals I should change the oil.

I would change the oil every 5,000 miles it's a very delicate engine and basically don't over-rev it that's a small engine that goes really fast it will wear out fast with the turbo if you over stretch it

Definitely follow the maintenance schedule religiously and don't drive it hard. VW quality is not good and things will start to break if you drive it hard.

You could start by reading your owner's manual which has all the answers to your maintenance schedule questions.
