2010 Buick Lucerne

Hello. I have a 2010 Buick Lucerne v6 with 130,000 miles. I just got this car 2 months ago and im just finding out there is a common problem with the fuse box when it comes to the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay keeps shorting out. There are many videos and reports that the seat clip that holds the seat in is causing that issue due to the fuse box being under the seat. Even with the seat not clipped in it still blows the relay so that leads me to believe that may not be the case. I heard something about relocating the box or moving it back a few inches (I haven't tried that.). There are some reports saying that the fuse wiggles out of place and causes it to short. I have replaced the fuse with the new "low profile one they designed by Standard but it still blows and even quicker. The last one I replaced (3rd one) I noticed after letting the car run and touching it that it starts to warm up but the other fuses and relays stay cool. I have not been driving this car since noticing that the relay warms up to me is a warning that its about to blow out. What do you think is the issue and how can I fix it to prevent this from happening anymore? And please note I already replaced the whole fuse box due to the fuses installed before burning the port it goes in. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Basically I would cut the wires under the fuse box and I would rewire those wires with a new inline fuse and bypass that crap design the first place
