Scotty, I have a 2006 Ford 500 3.0 V-6 FWD, with Asin 6-speed, 175,000 mile.
Besides normal maintenance, is there anything I should watch for or do? Thank you!

I have a 2005 Mercury Sable with the same engine.
Make sure that the smaller belt on the water pump is good and not loose. At that mileage you'll probably be burning some oil, make sure to keep it topped off every 500 miles or so.
Not sure about the transmission but I would see about doing a drain and fill IF it's already been done before. If not, you might just ave to keep driving it until the wheels fall off.
