I used to talk with text and those were typos and I couldn't figure out how to edit LOL
Scotty and you could have great talk-to-text conversations together
At that mileage, I would have a mechanic check it out. It sounds like something internal may have failed and you may need a rebuild/replacement.
No it's his second gear lockout limp mode so if it'll go in gear in a second and drive just fine and it's in limp mode it's not a rebuild on a transmission it's something electronic
If it was a bad transmission it would not engage in gear at all I can go and each year once I take off in second so I know it's not my transmission it's something electronic
Do you have any dash lights on to pull codes from?
An internal failure could still be the problem. The transmission can still engage even if a clutch pack or synchro fail. It sounds like you have a manual and it sounds like either a synchro is out, or you're getting locked out because there is a code for something..
No codes already did the OBD2 test and there's no codes I do have a cam sensor code 0341 I believe but nothing according to the transmission
Ok so it is in limp mode due to the cam sensor code that needs to be addressed. The PCM is sending a signal to keep the car in limp mode because your camshaft position sensor is not reading correctly. Once you fix that problem, the transmission will work. https://www.obd-codes.com/p0341
