I have a 2007 Prius 218000 miles on it.
i changed the 12-volt battery and now my dashboard is not working car won’t start.
Can someone please help me?

Make sure the battery is the correct battery.
Make sure the battery is charged. If you bought a discharged battery, it won’t start.
Make sure the battery is connected correctly.
What brand battery did you buy, and from where?

does the car turn on? It just won’t start?

check and verify there's acid in the battery through the battery indicator.
Also, use a multimeter to verify the bettery voltage. It should be 12.4v
Check all fuses again to ensure none is shorted.
