[Solved] 2007 Scion Tc - Bubbling Exhaust

I have a 2007 Scion Tc with 215k miles and it is a standard transmission. When the engine is cold, going from 1st gear to 2nd gear and 2nd to 3rd while pressing hard on the gas produces a sort of bubbling in the exhaust. The exhaust stutters and the car accelerates but not as quickly as it should. I changed the spark plugs and valve cover gasket when I first had the problem and that fixed it for a few months but now its back. Any ideas on what it could be?

Odds are you're starting to blow the head gasket. Do my video how to tell if your head gasket is blown it's on YouTube

Do you think its worth replacing?

Do you think it is worth the fix with how old the vehicle is? Ive never had to pour money into it.

Scotty only answers questions once and normally doesn't revisit them.

You might have a blown head gasket. You need to find out for sure first. Do a dye test and see if your head gasket is blown or not. If it's not blown, your car's worth more.
