I’m looking at a 2019 Honda Odyssey for a good price and there’s no record of the transmission fluid being serviced on the carfax. Should I do a 3x change or look elsewhere?

I would. Hondas like Honda OEM fluid only. 140K miles without a fluid change ensures unnecessary wear. The bottom line on any vehicle purchase is what the cost(price) of the vehicle along with needed repair costs. Assume the worse repair cost here..look elsewhere?

Mileage?
Have a good mechanic check the vehicle out before purchase, with special emphasis on checking condition of the transmission fluid.

If you take a look at Scotty's videos about this model, you can hear him say Odysseys have generally weak transmissions. What are you going to do if it breaks down due negligence of previous owners?
