Hey Scotty my sister has a 2007 Subaru Outback and has around 135,000 miles and it burns oil like crazy she uses the car to go from New York to Rhode Island the car has a bad power steering pump a bad vvti solenoid should she keep it or focus on finding something better that has a lot of storage and more reliable then the crazy designs of the boxer engines.

Not worth putting a lot of work into that thing, head gaskets are also due to blow soon if they have not already.
