Brake pedal goes to the floor

Hello Scotty
You helped me out about 6 yrs ago... I've got another issue I'm stumped on. Hoping you'll have an idea...
2000 chevy 1500. 4x4.
Replaced ALL brake lines, new wheel cylinders, rubber hoses going to them, and master cylinder. We have bled the life out of them... easily gone through a gallon of fluid. And pedal still goes to floor.
No leaks. Brakes work. I'm lost. Am I missing something?

You also need a bi directional scan tool IF you have ABS to properly position the solenoids for proper bleeding.  Like @kesterpaul62 said, you should have bench bled the master cylinder before installation.

Did you install calipers correctly? Bleeders up.

Oh lord! Lol
Didn't change them. They are fine.
But I have seen people do that before...

Did you air bleed out the new master cylinder? If you don't do this then there would be air in the brake lines which would cause the brake pedal to go through the floor.

Yes. It was bench bled. Then bled again on the truck. We hooked up a motive products pressure bleeder and bled them that way too. As well as a vacuum bleed at each tire. Was also auto bled with a snap on scanner. Nothing changes it. That's what's got me puzzled
