I'm looking to buy a 2007 TRD Supercharged Toyota Aurion for AUD $12,000 with 160km on the clock. Do you think it is worth it ? Is there anything I should be aware of about these engines?

Not a smart move. The Aurion with 3.5 L V6 is a great reliable car but if you put a superchanrge on that, the reliability goes out of the window.
OP is not talking about adding a supercharger.

Along with the 3.5L naturally aspirated version, Toyota produced an Australia-only supercharged TRD Aurion between 2007 and 2009 tuned by Toyota Racing Development (TRD).
Thanks for the information. My final verdict would be the same. Another thing to mention is that why Toyota did not continue doing that or offer it in the US. There should be a reason for discontinuing it.
