Hey Scottie, I'm looking for a daily driver and I found an 2007 Tahoe Ltz with 230,000 miles, and the seller is asking for 4,800. It is a private sale, and I was wondering if its a good idea.

Too expensive. That vehicle is nearing the end of its lifespan. With that money, I’d get a Ford or older Toyota instead.

I might be able to get it cheaper, and the only reason I'm even considering this vehicle, is that where I'm from there aren't a lot of options right now.
Maybe there is a reason it is a private sale. ??????

I had a 2009 and I HATED IT. HATED IT. I have a 2011 F150, far superior vehicle. Maybe consider an Eddie Bauer Explorer with the 4.6 litre.

The town where I'm at there isn't a whole lot of options. Thats the only reason I'm even considering it.
