2007 Toyota Camry 60000 miles on it. they want 5900. would this be a good buy?

Kerem is right. The 4 cyclinder is guranteed going to burn oil. This engine was built in the US and the piston rings were made poorly. This is one of the least reliable engines Toyota ever made! Ditch the car! But, maybe get it checked with a mechanic and make sure the previous owner changed the owner every time and also check if there is still a warranty to replace the piston rings for free by toyota. If its a 4 cylinder, don't buy it
If its a V6, have a mechanic check it out and it could be a good car

Pretty sure the 07 was the year with unintended acceleration that killed people. I would stay away
