Hey Scotty,

I see a rwd 4cyl  2007 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab with 37,000 miles being sold for $12,500. Isn't that too much for a 14 year old vehicle? Also, is there any major common issues I need to give attention to before considering it?

Wow, what a deal.  Where I live, they're selling 1994 Toyota pick ups for $12,000.  This 14 year old vehicle with only 37,000 miles is suspect.  Does this truck have the old 5 digit (plus 10ths) odometer?

I would want to know why it has such low mileage. If it has been sitting for the last five years or something, you can expect a few issues.

Believe it or not that's almost too good to be true.  Tacoma resale values have been historically 1 or 2 for all cars going back years and years.

I own a 2005 V6 TRD with 225K.  Similars are listed on Autotrader for 12-14K, with 225K! Crazy.  I only paid $28,300 new 16 years ago

2005 -2008 Tacomas had a major recall for rusty frames.  I'm not sure if that was fore access cabs too but make sure you inspect that frame.  Some owners never took advantage of the recall and these unrepaired trucks can be dangerous to drive.
