What is this noise/issue? This is a 2007 Tundra.

Remove the fan belt and see if the noise goes away or not.
I only hear the wavy knocks after a cold start. Once engine oil is up, knocks go away. Is that still belt?
I heard the noise all way through your video. Anyway, if it goes by when the engine is warm up, it is due to lack of lubrication for the VVT. Add some Lucas oil additive at your next oil change.
Hi, what is VVT and also is this a serious issue? I bought the truck a week ago and did not notice this sound till the next day. Thanks!
Variable Valve Timing. As long as you use the correct oil viscosity and change it regularly, you should be fine. But as I said, try some Lucas oil additive for the noise.
