Hi Scotty, Love this channel, great stuff !
Got a 2008 4Runner with a drivetrain humming-droning noise.
Had it looked at by a garage owner I've known since we're kids, good mechanic that went to college for it years ago, and he says it's probably nothing to worry about but its nerve-wracking not knowing what causes it and just aggrevating to listen to. Any speed it's the same noise. Doesn't speed up it's just a constant droning hum..
Any ideas ?

Find out where the noise comes from, specifically check the rear differential. when was the last time you change the differential fluid?
