Hey Scotty, I’m from Ontario, Canada. I just looked at a bmw 335xi it excellent condition which has been serviced by bmw for years. The price is great at $4500, thinking about buying them flipping it. Is it a good idea. It has 200 + kms
I owned that exact car. NOT a good flip idea.
Just one problem could destroy all your profit or send you negative on the deal. There is literally nothing cheap to fix on those. A blast to drive, but I sunk big $$$$ into mine to keep it going. Finally decided to draw the line and unload it.
Nobody is dealing looking for high mileage BMWs because they are notorious for expensive part failure at older age/higher mileage.
Don't do it my friend.
You better know what you’re doing, or you’re going to burn your fingers badly trying to flip this money pit.
I agree with the gang above. And to add weight, if the deal is in Mississauga run to the high hills. Met my wife there 33yrs ago and can not flip her for a profit. All in Fun.
Bad idea.
It's an old BMW with high miles. No one pays for that pile of junk.
Lots of plastics are going bad in that age and mileage.
