2008 Buick Enclave CXL with 119,000 miles and with regular 3000-5000 miles oil changes is making a rattling noise 1-2 seconds on some cold starts in the mornings.

Since it goes away, I would not worry about it much but keep eyes on it.
Just wanted to share this update. About ten days ago, I changed the oil, oil filter and added about half of the bottle of ATP-205. So far, the rattling noise went completely away. Also, the old oil filter was ACDelco PF48E, replaced it FRAM. The ACDelco PF48E looks cheap made compare to any other oil filters.
The timing chain, guides and tensioner(s) are wearing out and need to be replaced. The additive will work for a little while but not forever.
