2008 Camry LE 4 cylinder / 203k miles had a solenoid D stuck open code. I replaced the transmission fluid and filter along with a new solenoid "D". Ran perfectly fine and was able to take it on the highway at 75mph. Next day the light came back on with a Solenoid D stuck closed error code. I've tried disconnecting the battery to reset the TCM, but no luck. Thing is ... it still shifts and drives smooth even around 60 mph. Thoughts on what could be wrong?
Well if it shifts okay me I'd leave it alone. It could be a failure in the wiring from the computer to the transmission. It could have be a failure in the driver circuit of the computers or it could be the transmission internally. Starting to wear a little bit which wouldn't be surprising with that kind of mileage
