I want to lower my suspension

2008 Camry Solar SLE suspension

Looking to upgrade my suspension.  Lower the car a little and give the car a sportier look. My question is- What struts and springs are interchangable? So many web pages say different things. Can a Camry strut or ES strut fit?  This is a convertible SLE with 76k miles with 3.3l v6.

Closest I ever got to lowering the suspension on my car was drving my dads Renault Savanna and giving regular lifts to my 35stone aunt and her three 25 stone daughters. 🤣

Personally I never advised doing such crazy things. It runs the cornering driving. It was designed the way it was designed. It was designed quite well. But if you must, I'd advise going to some lowrider websites and see what advice they give

Thanks Scotty. How about replacement parts for the solara in general? Any over lapping parts you have experience with between the camry and or lexus es?
