Hey Scotty I got a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5.3 has a check engine light the code is P0174 says engine is running to lean just bought this car should I be worried or should i just throw some additives in and call it a day?

You need to do some diagnostics rather than blindly throwing in additives in the hope that will fix the problem. See possible causes here:

It's running lean for a reason, it could be something as simple as a loose vacuum hose. Find a scan tool and find out, if you can. If it's in one side and not the other, you most likely have a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor.
