I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger 3.5 and one day the car was fine and the next day I started the car up and it started smoking and idling rough and wouldn’t turn off unless I disconnected battery cable after changing the starter I still had problems out of it took it to autozone and put it on tester said I I needed a new crankshaft sensor and I had multiple misfires after changing the crankshaft sensor my lights in the dash will come on but the car won’t turnover.
Wow those things are endless electrical nightmares as they age I would assume you have some type of electrical problem pray at something more simple like a bad transponder in the key so it won't allow the NSF system to start the car but knowing Chrysler's it could easily be a bad main computer
