Hello everyone,
The ford 2008 expedition A/C works fine but I have no heat.
I believe i checked the relevant fuses. I have also looked at the hoses that come in in out of the heater core.
Any other suggestion that I can do myself.
Any help is greatly appreciated
You looked at the heater hoses..then what ? Were they hot or warm or ??.....we need some precision/detail in your statements as people on this end cannot read your mind.
you know, as i hit ask question, i realized I didn't mention that.
What I meant is that I noticed both hoses were hot. I've checked the relevant fuses and I dont know what else I could do

No not yet,
I have noticed that it make a ticking noise when I try to change from cold to hot
Ticking sound means you have stripped the tooth in the heater blend door actuator. The gear drive is trying to go from cold to hot but the gear is slipping. You have to replace the actuator unfortunately....now I don't know where it is on a FORD exp but it could be EASY and then it could be HARD to get to.
