The truck runs fine the engine light stays on I already changed the PCM twice when it gets wet underneath it stalls out and and I lose power steering power breaks pretty much all the Bells and whistles are going off until it Drys off. I checked all the 4of the 02 sensors thats what comes on the computer. they are all good thoe. the belt is good I had 3 mechanics look at it and I have one of my best friends who is a mechanic he is finally looking at it he thinks it's something to do with the wiring harness. All the fuses are good new pcm. Obviously something is getting wet but we cannot find the issue can you please help 2008 4 by 4 4.04 point oh Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 160000 miles.
wait until it's dry and running well
Then go underneath with a spray bottle and start spraying things with water. When it stalls, you hit the bad spot.
Spray the electrical system with WD40 to get rid of moisture then do what MMJoe said.
