2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Ltd
I bought this old truck about a year ago because it had been well maintained even though the odometer reads 237,000. Been keeping the oil changed every 5K with synthetic as per Scotty. Today the shop wanted to sell me a transmission system flush but I said no. Recent videos of yours led me to this decision. Was I right?

You were correct, do not flush the transmission. If scheduled for a fluid change just do a drain and fill.
