Hi I was wondering why my clutch on my 2008 ford mustang v6 that is a stick shift gets stuck to the floor after my harmonic balancer pulley popped off it didn't get stuck to the floor before it popped off could you help me please?

Do you mean the belt popped off the pulley or the pulley came off the harmonic balance? I can't see how your clutch system has anything to do with the balancer pulley unless somehow, the broken belt cut a hydraulic line to your clutch release bearing.
