My frame is rusting through. Should I fix it or sell it?

It depends. How is the condition of the body, engine, drivetrain etc.

is it surface rust? tap with a hammer if it doesnt crumble then its superficial. if it is rotting then you may be on borrowed time just rustproof it and see how long itll last
