Hey Scotty, I have 2008 Honda CRV awd 160 thousand miles , both front brake calibers won’t retract after release the break pedal, I thought it was a bad calibers so I was trying to replace them, but I found out that when I try to bleed the air on the new caliber no fluid coming out but when I start engine then press the brake pedal then fluids started coming out, and I put back the old one Samething no fluid coming out unless I start the engine, but the brake paddle seems firm I don’t think that’s the master cylinder, can that be the abs module cause the lockup? Which I have never experienced something like this, if that’s the abs module on this car do I need the scan tool to bleed out the air if I have to change it? Thanks again

You need a scan tool to set the ABS piston position to properly bleed the brake system.
