My 2008 Honda CRV has 100k miles on it ,it’s temperature gauge goes up when I stop at the light and it goes down when I move , I also noticed the AC is cold when it moves and it goes bad on idle mode.yesterday it almost overheated.And I noticed that the fan doesn’t run when I run the engine with the AC on ,I stopped using it today.what do you think is the problem?

In most cars the fan or fans will turn on with the air conditioning, and there will be a temperature sensor that turns on the radiator fan when the engine temperature rises to a certain level.

A lot can go wrong with a car in 16 years. It's possible if you have two fans that one failed first and you didn't notice and then later the 2nd one failed. Or, there could be a single fault that is preventing both from operating.
Check the easy stuff first, fuses and relays. If those are OK test the fans themselves. If all that is OK then you have a problem in the system controlling the fans and you'll need to troubleshoot that. A wiring diagram will probably help in doing basic electrical troubleshooting. Hopefully it's not a module gone bad, you'd need a bidirectional scan tool to test that.
