my 2008 honda fit cooling fan does not turn on. I warmed it up for 20 min. still didn't go on. it never over heats, fuses work relays work fan works.i use it for hours some days and never overheats. Is this normal or is the sensor not working?

Check the fuze, relay and sensor for proper function.
Make that - fuse.
fuses and relays and fan seem to work

The temperature sending unit might be faulty.
there's no check engine or over heating
Check the sensor reading using a code reader when the car fully warmed up. If the sensor is faulty, it does not necessarily trip a code.
