Butiwanit@gmail.com here. Have an opportunity on a 20 MPG, 2008 Honda Pilot w215K miles. 6 Cylin. 3.0L auto.4x4 for under $5K. NOISY fan motor with mediocre A/C. He says everything is good and is second or third owner of Florida car. About how much to fix fanmotor and Could you voice the potential concerns if you were buying or inspecting this truck.

It looks like the fan motor can be replaced without pulling the dashboard out, so not too terrible a job, you'd have to see what local mechanics are charging for the job. (Rockauto shows a 4 Seasons brand replacement blower for about $113, others as low as $25.) As far as the mediocre AC that could be due to any number of things, some of which may entail an expensive repair job.
