2008 infinity m35x is it better to run 89 octane athanol free or 91 octane with 10 % or more athanol.?

I personally run non ethanol whenever possible, but what does the manufacturer say about your octane requirement for your engine?

Is say unleaded fuel premium for better performance. Thanks for all the help.
Plus when I run 89 athanol free gas my 2008 infinity m35x is spark nocks less.
It should not knock with the recommended fuel. Your ignition timing could be out of spec.
Is only spark knoks about 1.8-2.2 k rpms undel load like going up big hill.
