I have a 2008 Lincoln MKX and there are times (at mornings so far but not all the time) where my windows will be down and moon roof opened. I didn't open any of them but has become a hassle because of weather. The other day we had 6" of snow and the front passenger & driver's side windows were open which I had to clean up because of the snow inside. The moon roof didn't slide open but popped up 1 inch. Can't figure it out. We had the dealership replace the computer 5 years ago. Has 94,000 miles and we are the second owners. We bought it with 64,000 miles 5 years ago from the original owner. Please help.

Put all your key fobs in 'Faraday cage' overnight and see what happens. A quick way to make one is to line a container with aluminum foil. If the problem disappears you have a wonky key fob, if it persist you've eliminated them as a cause.
or you could just pull out the battery 😆
