Hey Scotty. Huge fan brotha. So I have a 2008 Mercedes c300 with the 3.0L Sport 4MATIC transmission. So the battery died in the car and rather than to keep putting the jumper box on it I went and bought a new battery for it slapped it in and went to start it and I put it in Reverse and it shifted really hard. I noticed that it didn't show it was in gear anymore nor does it give the option for the c/s as usual so had a buddy connect the odb to get the codes for the check engine light that also has no turned on and he said it's a code about something with the tcm. Now he isn't the brightest bulb in the box and he doesn't allow anyone to use his tools. I live in west Phoenix so these backyard mechanics want money for everything they do. Smh so unfortunately I don't have the exact code or codes if there is more but is there any telling from your expertise what the problem might be? It has 86,542 miles.
