My 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix (131,000) will start up and idle up and down. Then it will shut off with the dash saying reduced engine power. Then it will say starting disable due to electronic throttle control. I scanned my car and it’s giving me 2 codes. P0411 and P2431. Please help!!!

I had the exact same issue on a 2009 chevy impala and took it into the dealer and they told me the gas petal sensor had to be replaced and they replaced the gas petal. It was under some extended warranty thing. I don't have that car anymore i sold it around 200000 miles. I'm not sure if yours is the same problem or not.
