Scotty I have a 2008 Subaru Impreza 105000 miles . Head gasket replaced 2 years ago the mechanic at the time said he only uses she'll rotella coolant. I have been reading on some sites that I should be using the Subaru blue coolant . Some say they green how to I determine which I should use.

Whatever 50/50 premix coolant is on sale.

Stick with the same coolant chemistry that you already have unless you want to completely flush the cooling system out and start over with something else.
