Hi Scotty,
Love your channel!!
I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander V6 AWD with 157000 miles. It runs great. Recently it started making some squeaking noise from engine bay. It may be from the belt but I am not fully sure. What could it be and how can it fix it? Here is video link so you can listen to the sound.

I'm 99% sure it's something attached to the belt. Try taking the belt off and turning each pulley by hand and wiggling them to check for play.
