Is it worth buying a 2008 toyota tundra 180000 miles for about $9000. That needs a evaporator core and a pressure sensor for the secondary air injection. Should I offer way less or walk away?
Thats alot for a truck with almost 200k miles & needs work. Plus that might just be the tip of the iceberg, who knows what other issues it has.
If its in good shape otherwise Id try to knock him down a bit.

That price is not unreasonable if it is in good shape. If it was well maintained, it could likely outlast the garbage trucks most companies are putting out now, and I include Toyota in that. Ditching their bulletproof V8 makes me very annoyed at Toyota.
Yes figuring if the work needed can be something not expensive but seeing them going form 2500 to repair
