I have a 2009 Acura TSX 4 cylinder with 75,000 kms. The owners Manual said the car can only use 91 Octane. Will the computer compensate if I use 87 Octane or will I damage the engine?

You can use 87 without any issue.
You may loose a little power at the peak which I do not think you need it for daily driving.

No damage. The computer should adjust ignition timing automatically, but please consult owner's manual to be sure.
