My 2009 Honda Civic 1.8 w/ a 5 speed manual has cold AC but only at low settings. If I crank it up to full blast or even ~75% it feels somewhat warm and not cold like the lower settings. Happens with both the AC setting and MAX AC. Where should I start?

Check the simple stuff first. See that your condenser fan is working, and use a manifold gauge set to check system pressures. There are a lot of things it could be but the most likely cause is that your AC is low on refrigerant after 13 years.
