2009 Honda accord lx has a 165000 miles. They want 5500. Would this be a good buy?

Price point, it is a bit high.

Bit expensive
Plus, that year had extremly common excessive brake wear and excessive oil consumption issues. Scotty himself said up till 2010 they had transmission issues, which is true to a degree in that they were a bit weaker. I would save the hassle and get a lower mileage 2011-2012, or look elsewhere.
