I have a 2009 Honda Accord coupe with 140,000 miles the car vibrates when I’m at a red light. For example, I’m in drive and once I hit my brake and stoped at a red light it’s start to vibrate. I changed my spark plugs to original brand and I’ve just changed my motor mounts . Once my machine changed my motor mounts, the vibration came back. It came back a little better. NEED HELPP
My mechanic checked if there was any check engine code stored or anything . But the car came out perfect . So I don’t really know what can cause the vibration? To the car
Does it vibrate when you put the car in park?
No it doesn’t. Only when it’s on Drive and when I’m waiting at the red light it’s vibrates . Other then that the whole car is perfect.
How is the ATF look like? Did you change it recently? You may also need to check the torque converter.
I went to a transmission shop and they told me the car transmission is good and that there is no transmission code stored or etc.
Yeah if it’s the torque converter, just live with it by shifting to P/N, when you’re stopped.
Have it inspected by a transmission specialist.

Have him check the torque converter. It most likely the issue. And as @InThrustWeTrust said, just live with it.
It only does it when it’s hot . Once I drive the car cold it’s doesn’t vibrate as much after I changed the motor mounts . But not there’s like a rattle coming from the side of the driver side . Or like if something is lose .
